He held top managerial positions in large international companies (Ericsson Enterprise Vice President, Ericsson Service VP and Nortel Services VP), managing a HC of around 800 people and a P&L of around 200 M€. Large relationship network (top executives of the industry, government and public administration institutions). He was responsible of H3G UMTS Network Launch (1st UMTS Network in Europe).

MANAGING DIRECTOR - Renato Marega, Nergal Co-founder and partner. He has much experience in the ICT sector and he is motivated by innovation and challenges. He has been: Manager and Senior Architect for Digital, Development Manager at ANSA news agency, Manager responsible for IT Architecture at Telecom Italia and Manager responsible of ICT Architecture and Innovation Technology at Enel.

MANAGING PARTNER E CONSIGLIERE - Has a great deal of experience in marketing & sales, business case analysis and outsourcing processes. He held top managerial position at Ericsson (Marketing Vice President and Customer Solution VP), managing 150 high-skills technical and commercial people. He was P&L responsible for telecom operators account (Wind, H3G, TIM) and large enterprise account (Mediaset Group, Poste Italiane, RAI, ...). He was also responsible for the negotiation team to outsource H3G Network and ICT activities (760 people involved, global value of 1800 MEuro). He has considerable experience in ICT and renewable energy sector.
